SMALL-SIZED, PERSONALIZED SAT PREP COURSES

With a maximum of five students per class, Tutor For Higher’s virtual SAT prep courses put a premium on flexibility and ensure that everybody receives ample attention.

Each course targets a mix of the fundamentals and the test-taking strategies that students need to succeed on the SAT. All materials — including homemade practice problems and interactive review sheets — will be provided.

Students will have a chance to work with Nathan, an experienced tutor who achieved a perfect score (2400) on his high school SAT and graduated from Harvard College, magna cum laude.

FAQs

  • All classes are virtual. I will use Google Meet to host each session and Google Drive to share documents with students.

  • A typical class involves a lesson, worksheets designed to reinforce relevant skills, and practice problems — as well as a short break so students can catch their breath!

I will assign homework every week, and by the end of our time together students will have completed at least two full-length digital practice SATs.

  • Students who are absent can join another class that week, as long as the material being covered is comparable.

Alternatively, I can offer an hour of make-up one-on-one tutoring at a discounted rate.

    I do not record classes.

  • Weekly installments toward the full price are perfect; I use Venmo and Zelle.
